For the purpose of these terms, www.vasundhara.in, www.vasundhara.store, and Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP are considered synonymous unless explicitly specified otherwise.

 

1.     General Terms

 

·         By registering on our website as a User or placing an order as a Buyer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

·         All decisions made by Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP regarding these terms shall be final and binding on all Users and Buyers.

·         By placing an order on www.vasundhara.in and / or www.vasundhara.store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental / guardian permission to make the purchase.

·         These terms apply to all orders placed on www.vasundhara.in and / or www.vasundhara.store for the sale and supply of any products or services.

·         No amendments or modifications to these terms shall be valid unless agreed upon in writing and duly signed by us.

 

2.     Product Specifications & Display

 

·         We take every effort to ensure that the materials used to manufacture our jewelry are hypoallergenic. However, Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP is not responsible for any unexpected allergic reactions or other adverse skin responses that may occur due to metal or material sensitivity.

·         All our products are handcrafted and use natural stones. As a result, slight variations in stone color, shape, and size may occur.

·         While we strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible on www.vasundhara.in and www.vasundhara.store, the actual product color may slightly differ from what is displayed due to screen / monitor settings.

·         We shall not be held liable for any perception differences between the colors displayed on your screen and the actual color of the products.

·         All images, descriptions, photographs, or illustrations in our catalogs or on our websites are provided for the purpose of giving the best possible approximate representation of the products and shall not form part of the contract.

·         Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all jewelry items shown on our websites are imitation jewelry.

·         Since all products are handcrafted, and may have minor differences in colour, shape and size, the User / Buyer warrants to have understood this aspect prior to placement of an order.

 

3.     Pricing, Orders & Taxes

 

·         The applicable price for any product is the price set on the date of order placement. Prices are subject to change, and discounts may be offered from time to time. However, any future price revisions or discounts will not apply to transactions that have already been completed.

·         All products remain the property of Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP until full payment has been received.

·         Any applicable shipping costs, payment gateway costs, merchant discount rates, COD fee and other charges, if any, will be clearly presented before finalizing the purchase and making the payment.

·         For domestic orders, the price includes GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per the rates applicable. Any additional local levies, duties, or surcharges if any, as and when imposed by regional municipal or other tax authorities are solely the buyer’s responsibility

·         For international orders, Buyers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes, and any other levies imposed by their respective countries. Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP is not in a position to estimate these charges, and hence they are not included in the final price and must be borne separately by the buyer.

·         Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. If an order is canceled, the User / Buyer will be informed, and any advance payment made will be refunded.

·         We reserve the right to verify and authenticate the details provided by Users / Buyers at any point of time.

·         If any information is found to be false or misleading, or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to reject the order and debar the User / Buyer from further transactions.

·         We also reserve the right to modify product information, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice.

 

4.     Payments & Personal Information

 

·         All personal information provided by Users / Buyers or collected by us will be handled with utmost care and will be used for order processing, payment settlement, deliveries, and marketing communication.

·         For credit card / debit card / UPI / PayPal or other electronic payment methods, Users / Buyers must use their own payment instruments / accounts. Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions.

·         All payments on www.vasundhara.in and / or www.vasundhara.store are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and we do not store credit card / debit card or payment instrument details.

·         The third-party payment gateways are responsible for transaction security and for further details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway chosen by you for your transaction.

 

5.     Shipping & Delivery

 

·         Our detailed shipping policies for both domestic and international orders are available on our websites. By placing an order, the User / Buyer agrees to be bound by these policies.

·         Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or non-delivery caused by any Act of God or Force Majeure events including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, pandemics, or any other events beyond our control.

·         Delivery will be done on an address-specific basis, not a person-specific basis. If a non-delivery occurs due to an incorrect address or details provided by the User / Buyer, any additional re-delivery cost shall be borne by the buyer.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, Repairs & Stock Availability

· Our returns and exchange policies for domestic orders placed on www.vasundhara.in and replacement policies for international orders placed on www.vasundhara.store are available on our websites.

· By placing an order, the User/Buyer agrees to abide by these policies. No refunds will be issued for products once sold.

· If a product ordered is out of stock, and the advance payment has been made, the User / Buyer will be informed about the expected shipping timeline and / or offered an equivalent replacement product, if available.

· If neither option is acceptable, the User / Buyer may cancel the order, and only in such an eventuality a refund will be issued after adjusting any banking charges.

· Products once purchased cannot be exchanged for any other items. If a repair is needed within 30 days of purchase, the buyer may contact us via email for further instructions.

· Due to the uniqueness of our stones, exact replacements may not always be available. Every effort to find a replacement store will be made.

· A repair fee may be applicable based on the nature of the damage and will be determined solely by Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP.

· Our assessment regarding whether damage is due to manufacturing defects or handling shall be final.

7. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

· All images, content, code, designs, and materials on www.vasundhara.in and www.vasundhara.store are intellectual property of Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP. Purchase of a product does not grant ownership or rights over website content.

· Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to our services in cases of:

· Violation of these terms.

· Fraudulent or unlawful activity.

· Requests from law enforcement or government agencies.

9. Notices & Legal Jurisdiction

· All notices must be sent to Vasundhara Fashion Jewelry LLP at the contact details provided on our websites or any such address as may be notified by s from time to time.

· We will give notice to / communicate with Users / Buyers via email or postal address provided at the time of ordering.

· These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
