We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, which are meticulously handcrafted by our in-house team of traditional craftsmen.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of natural stones, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Additionally, stone colors may appear differently depending on lighting conditions.
Each handcrafted piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection by our trained Quality Assurance team to ensure it meets our high standards.
Requests for returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted if the product is received by you in a damaged condition at the time of delivery, or an incorrect product has been inadvertently shipped to you.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges:
· The product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition or a wrong product has been inadvertently shipped to you.
· The product must be unused, with its original packaging and barcode intact and un-tampered.
· You must inform us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order.
· You must provide an unedited unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect product, without any cuts or pauses.
· Requests must be sent via email to contact.vasundhara@gmail.com.
2. Procedure for Returns & Exchanges:
· The Vasundhara Quality Assurance team will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a return based on the details and video provided.
· If multiple products were ordered, only the damaged or incorrect item(s) will be eligible for return & exchange, not the entire order.
· If your request is approved by our Quality Assurance team, we will notify you and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

· Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement at our cost.
3. Exclusions from Our Policy
· If a product sustains transit damage, or if an incorrect product is shipped to you, we offer a return and replacement policy and do not offer refunds.
· A damaged or incorrectly shipped product will be replaced with a product of the same design.
· Returns & exchanges for sizing issues will not be accepted; please refer to our size guide carefully before making a purchase.
· Used, tampered, or intentionally damaged products will not be eligible for returns and exchange.
· Our products are handcrafted in nature and use natural stores. Requests for return and exchange due to minor variations from the photographs displayed on our website shall not be considered.
· If our Quality Assurance team, at their sole discretion, determines that the claim is invalid or that the product was not damaged / incorrect, we reserve the right to reject the return and exchange request.
· If a prepaid order is undelivered after three delivery attempts by our delivery partners for any reason whatsoever, no refunds will be issued.
· In exceptional cases where a genuine reason is established for non-acceptance of the package even after three delivery attempts, re-shipment may be arranged at the customer's cost.
