1.     Shipment of Your Order

 

·         We make our best efforts to ship each product in your order within 7 working days of order placement.

·         Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will usually be shipped within 10 working days.

·         In exceptional cases, such as periods of high demand or force majeure conditions, shipping may take longer.

·         If there is an abnormal delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone as per the details provided by you.

·         Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in India will not be considered as working days.

·         While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

 

2.     Tracking & Delivery of Your Order

 

·         You will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

·         Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to us in case of non-delivery.

·         To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your correct full address along with the correct PIN code and any relevant landmarks.

·         If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe as per tracking details, please contact us for any necessary support.

 

3.     Shipping Costs:

 

·         Free shipping is available for all domestic prepaid orders.

·         Additional charges will apply for orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD).

·         Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as weight, volume, payment mode, and shipping address.
